For most, it represents an investment in your future, the promise of a place to call your own, and a cornerstone of pride and security. Many people assume buying a home is always better than renting. However, there's a lot to consider when deciding between being a tenant or a homeowner. The reality of making this decision is far more nuanced with a long list of factors that influence this major life choice.
