FinCap Friday: Fretting Over Online Betting

A staggering percentage of U.S. high schoolers have gambled in the past year! This highlights a troubling trend: teen gambling addiction. The rise of this trend is fueled by the widespread acceptance and legalization of online sports betting and casino gaming apps and websites. Critics and supporters debate about whether to tighten the reins with stricter regulations or advocate for responsible gambling, so we stand at a pivotal point. But, what does this all mean for Gen Z and future generations?
