In this FinCap Friday we look at the latest update regarding online retailers and their struggle against fake reviews. A brand new report shows that as of winter 2019, a large chunk of all reviews on shopping sites like Amazon, are fake! People generally trust these reviews and ratings to help them decide whether or not to buy products, so this has become quite a big issue. What are some actions companies are taking to prevent this? How can online shoppers prevent being tricked? Find out in this week's FinCap Friday:
