Behind the numbers (Statista)

"The eighth edition of America’s Best Employers for Women 2025 is based on an independent survey of female employees conducted via professional online access panels.

More than 3,000 employers with 1,000 or more employees in the US were identified for the survey. This was done through comprehensive desk research of numerous sources (industry associations, trade journals, economic research institutes, etc.) as well as the previous year’s list.

The final list highlights the top 700 US employers for women, ranked using our scoring model."
