This session will explore five creative NGPF resources to help teach students about the all-important three-digit number - their credit score! 

 

Interactive Tools to Teach Investing

Wednesday, June 18, 2025

2pm PT/5pm ET

Bring investing concepts to life with interactive tools and resources! In this session, you'll explore engaging activities that help students understand key investing principles in a hands-on way. 

 


What are NGPF Virtual PDs? 

NGPF Virtual PD is an interactive one-hour session with educators from around the country to help you gain new knowledge, insights, and ideas on how to use the NGPF curriculum and resources with your students. Brush up your financial knowledge, get support for implementing activities in the classroom, and collaborate with other teachers.

Amanda Volz

Amanda joins the NGPF Team with over 20 years of experience teaching personal finance. During that time, she led her students to hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships, won multiple awards, and most importantly, impacted the financial lives of thousands of high school students. Amanda prides herself on being an educational leader and is constantly looking for innovative ways to make the classroom relevant, rigorous, and fun. She is a passionate advocate for financial education and has been a long-time member of the NGPF community. Fun fact - Amanda was NGPF’s first teacher account! When Amanda isn’t working, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and traveling with her husband and two children.
