Teacher Tip: MOVE: Your Money Values

As the school year winds down, give your students a chance to pause, reflect, and connect with MOVE: Your Money Values

Perfect for end-of-year reflection or start-of-year community building, this activity helps students engage in thoughtful conversations about money in an interactive way. At the end of the school year, it's a powerful tool for reflection as students can look back at what they've learned and how their perspectives may have changed. If you're already planning ahead, it's also ideal for the beginning of the school year to open the door to meaningful financial conversations from day one.

Not sure how to implement it or want to extend the activity? Watch the Teacher Tip video for ideas and inspiration!

What are Teacher Tip videos?

Teacher Tip videos are short videos exploring a range of NGPF activities through the eyes of veteran personal finance teacher and NGPF super user, Amanda Volz. Teacher Tip videos are designed to guide teachers through the activity and offer tips, tricks, and ideas for implementing the activity in the classroom.

Where can I find Teacher Tip videos?

Teacher Tip video can be found in two places:

  1. Linked at the top of the activity document. Note: not all NGPF activities have a Teacher Tip video.
  2. In the Teacher Tip Videos section of the NGPF Video Library
